Maui is a 728 square mile island, There are many areas that have unique characteristics. Some agents, myself included, find ourselves specializing in one or more features of the island’s environments and resorts, local areas and part-time, & short term visitor tourist areas and mixed areas.
I perceive, and truly believe, especially in an island community, that “a rising tide raises all ships.” That means to me that I can take an Active Hand in Raising those ships and being an oarsman , or more appropriately, a soaring bird, an EAGLE or a Hawaiian IWI (pronounced “EE-VEE”). In doing this, WE HELP OUR MAUI COMRADES. The host Hawaiian Culture lived here LONG before us, and it was their CO-OMMUNITY SPIRIT and ALOHA powerful and loving and giving spirit that makes this a better island, and a Better world!
That is why I have strongly considered before I pledged my GIVING commitment as an agent AND as a person. I come from a position of spiritual abundance, and I believe that by giving in this way, the world is a Richer place. Love is a state of being.

Some people are not intimately familiar with Maui and its local realtor base. Some people who have had property transactions with local Maui agents before may want a knowledgeable referral to another agent.
Sometimes, it is to the client’s advantage for us, MCP, to refer clients to those other agents
